Keep the work
and the why together.

Kauri connects project documents and decisions to the issues they inform. Group the work into initiatives, track what’s moving or blocked, and review the results.

Your agents read and update that same project. They can ask you questions and attach evidence, so you can follow the work and respond where it needs you.

Questions

What can I keep in Kauri?

The knowledge behind your project and the work that moves it forward. Write documents, capture decisions, group tasks around an outcome, and attach the results. Link them together so you can follow the work back to the thinking behind it.

Does Kauri run the coding agent?

Your agent runs in the tools you already use. It can read the project in Kauri, ask you questions, update progress, and attach its results. You can review that work and respond in Kauri.

Which agents can connect?

Clients that support remote MCP servers and OAuth sign-in. Connection instructions are provided for Codex, Cursor, and Claude Code, with a server URL for other compatible clients. Agent subscriptions are separate.

What counts toward workspace limits?

An active plan is one you have not archived. A tool call is an action your agent asks Kauri to perform. Browsing the app does not use tool calls. Storage includes attachments and retained plan history.

What happens when a limit is reached?

Existing work stays available. Archive plans or remove unneeded files to free capacity. Free's tool-call allowance resets monthly. Paid plans are currently unavailable. See our usage limits for details about workspace capacity.
